Carrington West seeks a Site Manager for a water/wastewater project in Liss. You will oversee on-site delivery for major capital works, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met on a large-scale WWTW scheme.

Role focuses on safe, efficient delivery within AMP8, with a preference for civil engineering and construction management expertise. Long-term contract with a competitive daily rate.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in managing sites in a fast-paced water/wastewater environment.
• HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• CSCS Card (Black minimum).
• Desirable: Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) and/or Lifting Appointed Person status are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within budget and timeframe.
• Drive a culture of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.
• Conduct constructability reviews and drive innovation in construction techniques.
• Prioritize zero waste and reducing embodied carbon within construction activities.
