Qualifications

• Experience managing sites with trenching and RC works.
• Hold a valid SMSTS accreditation.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience managing direct employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct employees and subcontractors on site.
• Implement CDM checklist requirements and RAMS where needed.
• Carry out site inductions and health & safety inspections.
• Review and amend RAMS; issue permits (e.g., dig permits).
• Hire/hire plant and materials; maintain site diary and briefings.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and drive improvements.
