Job summary

Clancy is seeking experienced Senior Site Supervisors and Site Managers to join our team across multiple sites in the UK. You will supervise direct teams and subcontractors, ensure CDM compliance, and lead health & safety inspections while maintaining RAMS and site diaries.

Ideal candidates hold a current SMSTS accreditation, have trenching and RC works exposure, and possess a full driving license to travel between sites. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing direct employees and subcontractors.
• SMSTS accreditation is required.
• Full valid driving license essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct employees and subcontractors on site.
• Implement CDM checklist requirements.
• Carry out site inductions and health & safety inspections.
• Review and amend RAMS (Risk and Method Statements).
• Issue work permits (e.g., permit to dig).
• Hire/replace plant and materials as needed.
• Maintain site diary and lead daily briefings.
• Conduct safety inspections.
