Claret Civil Engineering, part of the Network Plus Group, is seeking a working site supervisor to plan, coordinate and deliver civil engineering activities on client sites in the UK. You will manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-time delivery.

Experience with SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS Gold Card, RAMS and permitting is essential. The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, with strong emphasis on health and safety and

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or 4 site supervision or equivalent.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• CSCS Gold Card required.
• First Aid training (3 days) preferred.
• EUSR water hygiene or equivalent trained.
• SEATS training beneficial.
• Temporary works co-ordinator/supervisor exposure.
• NRSWA knowledge is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence committed to site travel.

Responsabilités

• Follow company and client policies, procedures and documents.
• Manage site activities including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards are followed.
• Prepare RAMS and risk assessments for site works.
• Carry out staff management, training needs, and performance guidance.
• Attend meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Submit timesheets, logs, and required paperwork on time.
