Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on Site Manager with civil engineering and groundworks experience. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and programme delivery across nationwide projects.

Key duties include interpreting drawings, RAMS management, toolbox talks, and liaison with clients and consultants. A strong safety mindset and excellent organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in civil engineering and groundworks.
• SMSTS Black Card and CSCS Card required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret site construction drawings.
• Manage RAMS, toolbox talks, inductions, and site audits.
• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in line with project programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and management.
• Maintain site records and compliance documentation.
