Job summary

Solutions Driven is looking for an experienced Site Manager / CDM & H&S professional to support a major client site in Worksop on a long-term term contract. The role is on-site and requires a hands-on manager five days a week, with a strong industry background.

You will manage site activities during planned shutdowns, ensure CDM 2015 compliance and provide practical H&S guidance across an industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Recent site management experience in industrial environments.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015.
• Experience working with contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day site management and coordination during planned shutdowns.
• Support safe and efficient delivery of shutdown and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and health and safety requirements.
• Lead and support project teams with practical CDM and H&S advice.
• Maintain records and produce reports as required.
• Monitor site activities and identify risks with appropriate controls.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
