Responsibilities

1. Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure school environment, including buildings and grounds.
2. Performing cleaning, handyman activities, routine maintenance, refurbishment, porterage, and minor repairs.
3. Promoting health and safety around the school.
4. Supervising external contractors, managing site use and development planning, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Working arrangements

We support flexible and remote working where possible. The role is based at Lee Hall Academy, B33 9QY, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
