We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to be the No.1 on site for a high-profile 6-week CAT B fit-out project near Birmingham Airport, with a project value of circa £300K. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be the main focal point for the client and associated stakeholders on a daily basis.
2. Ensure high standards of H&S on site and quality control.
3. Take ownership of the programme and be able to adapt to any design changes.
4. Manage digital paperwork and produce reports both upstream and downstream.
5. Handle permits requests and logistical planning.
6. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivate team members, and coordinate a logical sequence of events on site.
7. Be technically aware, interpret drawings, and offer solutions to any design issues on site.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, especially Excel, Word, and MS Project.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Proven experience managing Office Fit-Out projects as a Site Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and subcontractor management.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
6. Essential certifications: Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Asbestos Awareness.
