Job summary

Artifex Interior Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facilities in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. You will ensure plant, equipment and site infrastructure operate safely, reliably and efficiently to support business performance.

You will manage a multi-skilled team, drive accountability and continuous improvement, and align maintenance with quality and safety objectives on a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a maintenance function in high-volume manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams and improving reliability.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, root cause analysis and maintenance performance management.
• Engineering qualification at HNC/HND or degree; NEBOSH or health & safety qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance and Facilities teams with clear direction and accountability.
• Drive improvements to equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation and 24/7 availability of site services and plant.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to optimise asset utilisation.
