Job summary

This role requires SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, and a strong health and safety focus, especially with roof void works. Duration is 7 days, starting 7th October, with duties including reporting progress to the project team.

Qualifications

• CSCS card holder with site access.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Health & safety awareness on roof and void works; experience with social housing projects preferred.

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for short term cover in Kimberley, Nottingham, starting on the 7th of October until the 14th.

Project Details

• Duration: 7 Days
• Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external
• Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS

• Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable)
• Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works
