Job summary

CPR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 12-month new build leisure complex in Yeovil, Somerset. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate trades, and maintain programme milestones.

Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and prior new build leisure/industrial experience, plus strong leadership and problem‑solving skills to liaison with the client. This is a site-based contract with a reputable UK contractor.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS card essential.
• Experience on new build leisure/industrial projects preferred.
• Proven strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
• First Aid certificate required.

Responsibilities

Our client are a leading main contractor with sites around the UK, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a new build leisure facility in Yeovil. 12 month project.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Ordering of Trades & Labour
• Attending weekly meetings
• Ordering of Materials
• Identify and resolve any issues with the project
• To be a point of contact for our client.
• Management of subcontractors on site
