Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor on a flagship retail development in Poole. You will manage day-to-day site operations during the fit-out and finishing stages, working alongside an experienced Project Manager to deliver the project on time and to the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in retail, commercial or fast-track fit-out projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
• Experience working under a Project Manager on larger schemes is advantageous.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations during the fit-out and finishing stages of a flagship retail development.
