An established industry player is seeking a Demolition Site Manager to join their dynamic team. Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team based in Greater London and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety. The initial project you will be joining will be at Heathrow Airport.

It is essential that you have a strong background in demolition and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a demolition / enabling works contractor in the UK. Additionally, as this is a permanent opportunity, my client is looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 3 years.
For this permanent opportunity, I am looking to speak to professionals who are targeting anywhere from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
