Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a Project Quality Manager / Site Quality Manager (QA/QC) to lead quality management on a major construction site in Walsall. You will work with the site delivery team, subcontractors, inspectors and regulators through construction, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key duties include implementing the Quality Plan, managing ITPs and NC Rs, coordinating inspections, and ensuring documentation and handover dossiers meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing quality on construction sites or major projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience producing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Ability to coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project Quality Plan and Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality procedures.
• Produce, review and manage ITPs.
• Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions and close-out.

Project Quality Manager / Site Quality Manager (QA/QC)

Location: Walsall

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Quality Manager / Site Quality Manager (QA/QC) to join a major construction project based in Walsall.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for quality management across the site, working closely with the site delivery team, subcontractors, inspectors and regulatory bodies throughout construction, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project Quality Plan and Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality procedures.
• Produce, review and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage hold points, witness points and inspection records.
• Coordinate inspections with third-party inspectors and relevant authorities.
• Manage QA documentation, as-built records, red-line drawings and handover dossiers.
• Maintain NCR registers and lead root cause investigations.
• Manage corrective and preventative actions and drive NCR close-out.
• Audit subcontractors and suppliers against project quality requirements.
• Review subcontractor competency, qualifications, certifications and test procedures.
• Monitor construction quality, defects and snagging.
• Manage quality requirements throughout commissioning and final handover
