Job summary

Jpm Resourcing Ltd seeks a Construction Quality Manager in Westminster to drive quality across refurbishment, new build and maintenance projects. You will champion a culture of quality, work with Project Managers and Site Teams, and lead PQP development and ITP reviews to ensure first-time quality and compliance.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and progressive improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working as Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Quality Manager or Clerk of Works.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and building regulations.
• Experience on refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQPs) with project teams.
• Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for compliance with specs and regulations.

Construction Quality Manager

An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Quality Manager to drive quality standards across a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, new build and maintenance projects.

Projects range from 50,000 to 10 million.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Quality Manager or Clerk of Works looking to move into a dedicated quality-focused role where you'll influence projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Directors, you'll champion a culture of quality throughout the business, helping deliver projects right first time while reducing defects and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Champion quality across all live construction projects.

• Support project teams in developing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQPs).

• Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure compliance with specifications and statutory requirements.

• Carry out regular quality inspections across multiple sites.

• Identify quality issues, monitor corrective actions and ensure effective close out.

• Produce inspection reports and provide practical recommendations to project teams.

• Monitor quality trends and help implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

• Deliver quality briefings and training to operational teams.

• Produce regular quality performance reports for senior management.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Quality Manager or Clerk of Works.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, quality standards and building regulations.

• Experience working on refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

• Excellent communication and report writing skills.

• Proactive approach with a passion for delivering high-quality construction projects.

• SMSTS, CSCS and a strong understanding of construction quality processes.
