Job summary

Buildforce Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Quality Manager / Site Quality Manager for a major Energy Recovery Facility project based in Walsall.

The role will lead all site QA/QC activities, working closely with the delivery team, client, subcontractors and third party inspectors. Key requirements include 10+ years of QA/QC in construction/energy, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and experience managing ITPs, inspections, NCRs and subcontractor auditing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' QA/QC experience within construction, energy, power generation, waste-to-energy or heavy engineering
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• Experience managing ITPs, inspections, NCRs and corrective actions
• Subcontractor and supply-chain auditing experience
• Management of quality records, as-built documentation and handover dossiers
• Experience supporting projects through construction, commissioning and final handover
• Strong client facing, reporting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all site QA/QC activities and coordinate with delivery team, client, subcontractors and third party inspectors
• Ensure timely generation and closure of ITPs, NCRs and corrective actions
• Maintain quality records, as-built documentation and handover dossiers for project closeout
• Support project through construction, commissioning and final handover
