Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential construction project in Ludgershall. You will maintain day-to-day site operations while the permanent Site Manager is away.

The ideal candidate has previous site management experience in residential construction, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries while ensuring safety.

• Deal with day-to-day site issues and liaise with the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMS and project requirements.

Monitor progress and maintain the construction programme.

Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries.

Carry out site inspections and maintain health and safety standards.

Deal with any day-to-day site issues and liaise with the Project Manager where required.

Maintain site records, diaries and relevant project documentation.

Requirements

Previous Site Management experience within residential construction.
