Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Site Manager for a 30-week refurbishment programme on an MOD site in Wyton, Huntingdon. The role covers internal and external works in occupied properties, with responsibilities including coordinating subcontractors, monitoring safety, and delivering to programme.

SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid are desirable; immediate start available. Strong communication and organisation skills required to manage client liaison and site records throughout the project

Qualifications

• Experience delivering refurbishment projects.
• MOD/defence-site exposure is advantageous.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are preferred.

Site Manager – Refurbishment

Location: Wyton, Huntingdon
30-week contract Immediate start

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 30-week property refurbishment programme on an MOD site in Wyton, Huntingdon.

The project will involve a mixture of internal and external refurbishment works across occupied properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment works

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials

• Monitor programme, quality and health and safety

• Carry out site inspections, inductions and toolbox talks

• Ensure works are completed to specification and programme

• Provide regular progress updates and maintain site records

• Liaise with the client, residents and project team

Requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience delivering refurbishment projects

• Experience overseeing both internal and external works

• MOD or defence-sector experience would be advantageous

• Strong health and safety knowledge

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Available to start immediately or at short notice
