Job summary

Fawkes and Reece are recruiting a Site Manager for a 25-week refurbishment project in Trowbridge. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinating trades and ensuring programme milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has worked for a main contractor on internal refurbishment projects, holds SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, and can demonstrate a hands-on, locally based approach. Start date: 12 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Trades background with solid site history as a site manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal refurbishment works on a 25-week contract in Trowbridge.
