Job summary

RTL Group is recruiting a Site Manager to deliver works on a water treatment site in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors, with a focus on health and safety, RAMS and quality control.

The role requires CSCS (Black/Gold) and SMSTS, a full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and the ability to liaise with the client and project management team to keep works on programme.

Qualifications

• Water industry experience required.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• CSCS card (Black or Gold) and SMSTS preferred.
• RAMS, permits and site documentation experience.
• IT literate and able to use software for site management.
• Full UK driving licence.
