Job summary

Crest Nicholson Midlands Division is recruiting a Site Manager to join the Marston Leys development in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire. You will report to the Build Manager and oversee planning, quality, health and safety, and cost control on site.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate materials, and ensure setting out drawings and transfers from concept to construction and completion. We offer competitive salary, company bonus, car allowance, pension, private healthcare, 25 days leave,

In this role you are expected to gain a detailed understanding of the technical site and design requirements, identify and onboard suitable sub-contractors and ensure construction materials are resourced and stored safely and correctly on the site. Each element of the scheme will need to adhere to strict quality standards, and you will be conducting critical checks across the scheme, ensuring setting out drawings, road positions, and each dwelling is accurately transferred from concept through to construction and completion. You will also be managing the budgets, whilst never compromising on quality and Health and Safety, immediately bringing any issues to the attention to the Build Manager.


• Successful candidates will have the following skills: Strong Site Management experience with a main Housebuilder Proven experience multi-phase, mixed-use projects Excellent time management and able to manage multiple subcontractors on site Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability Strong negotiation skills Able to build strong working relationships
