A top Modular build Main Contractor is on the search for driven and ambitious Site Managers. Are you a Site Manager with experience in modular build? Do you fancy being a part of nationwide projects, travelling around the UK? Fancy managing projects such as temporary office blocks, classrooms, hospital wards, and operating theatres nationwide? Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring all Health & Safety is always adhered to on-site
2. Excellent reporting skills with a focus on quality
3. Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site teams
4. Ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget
5. Effective stakeholder management - quickly build and maintain relationships

Site Manager Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3 years’ experience as Site Manager
2. Degree qualified
3. CSCS black card, First Aid, SMSTS certificate
4. Proven experience working on Modular projects
