Job summary

Caddy Group Limited is seeking a motivated Site Manager to oversee two new-build projects in Dartford and Broadstairs, Kent, each valued at approximately £1.25M. The role is temporary and site-based, with negotiable rate based on experience.

Ideal candidates will have a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certifications, and proven site management experience. Kent-based with own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have previous site management experience.
• CSCS card is required.
• SMSTS and First Aid certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the site at start and end of each day.
• Support trades and participate in on-site tasks as needed.

Job description

Caddy Group is seeking a motivated Site Manager for 2 projects in the Kent area.

The role will involve overseeing 2 projects in Dartford and Broadstairs, both new build sites each valued at approx £1.25M.

Rate is negotiable dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and securing the site at the beginning and end of each day
• Actively participating in on-site tasks and supporting the trades as needed
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Conducting site inductions for new workers
• Overseeing the project's progress and timeline
• Ordering materials as required

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS card
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications
• Previous site management experience
• Trade background

Ideally based in the Kent area with own transport
