Leisure, Hospitality, or Commercial projects.
Good working knowledge of
Tier 1 processes and high-standard site setups.
Confident, client-facing communication style for public sector stakeholder interaction.
SMSTS, CSCS Managerial Card, First Aid at Work (Fire Warden or Scaffold Inspection desirable).
