Job summary

Caval in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a Site Manager to run a CAT A fit-out project with 10–15 subcontractors on site. The role is temporary, starting soon, with hours 07:00–16:00, and a fast-paced construction environment. Parking on site is available, and project value is around £500k with multiple trades on site.

You will coordinate trades, ensure on-site health and safety, and maintain programme milestones while liaising with the client and site team.

Qualifications

• CAT A/B fit-out experience required.
• Subcontractor management and coordination.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAT A fit-out works on site with up to 10–15 subcontractors.
• Ensure safety standards and site compliance are maintained.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site team.
