• Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations on large‑scale façade and roofing projects

• Driving progress on specialist roofing systems from start to finish

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in flat and pitched roofing systems, including:
• Flat Roofing: Built‑Up Felt (BUR), Liquid‑Applied Systems, Single Ply Membranes (PVC), Hot Melt, Mastic Asphalt, Inverted Roofs
• Pitched Roofing: Slate, Clay & Concrete Tile, Metal, Shingle, Profiled & Standing Seam Systems, Fibre Cement Sheeting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate site teams
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
• A background within facades, cladding, or roofing projects is essential
