Job summary

Anderselite is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large supermarket refurbishment in the Scarborough area. You will supervise a strip out and fit-out, manage subcontractors, and drive health and safety to deliver on schedule.

The role requires strong client liaison, excellent organisational skills, and IT literacy to report progress. The project runs for around 20 weeks with day shifts starting in October.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.
• Liaise with a visiting Contracts Manager.
• Use IT systems for reporting.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.
• Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• IT literate.
• Must have the below qualifications -
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid Certificate
• CSCS Card
