Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join a major 360-unit housing development. You will lead snagging, quality control, and handover readiness across multiple plots, ensuring on-time completion to high standards.

The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, trades and the project team, maintaining health and safety, and delivering finished homes ready for handover to customers. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
  • Strong experience in snagging, finishing and handover.
  • Experience working on large-scale housing developments.
  • Knowledge of construction quality standards and residential finishes.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A strong eye for detail and a quality-focused approach.
  • Experience working for a main contractor or housebuilder.
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the snagging and finishing process across a 360-unit residential development.
  • Carry out regular inspections of completed and partially completed properties.
  • Identify, record and prioritise outstanding defects and remedial works.
  • Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure snags are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure works meet company standards.
  • Coordinate final inspections and ensure properties are ready for handover.
  • Work closely with Customer Care and the wider project team.
  • Track outstanding items and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the site.
  • Assist with the final completion and handover of properties.
  • Manage multiple plots simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Ensure the site remains clean, safe and presentable throughout the completion phase.

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major 360-unit residential housing development, with a primary focus on snagging, quality control and completion.


The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the snagging process across completed and near-completed homes, ensuring properties are brought up to the required quality standard and handed over within programme.


You will work closely with subcontractors, trades, the wider site management team and senior management to identify and close out outstanding works efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the snagging and finishing process across a 360-unit residential development.
