Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new-build housing development. The role focuses on snagging and finishing plots to a high standard and ensuring handover readiness.

You will inspect plots, identify defects, manage finishing trades, monitor workmanship, drive completion, and prepare plots for handover while supporting the Site Manager daily.

Qualifications

• New-build housing experience
• Strong snagging and finishing experience
• Good eye for detail and quality
• Confident managing and pushing trades
• Valid CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid preferred

Responsibilities

• Carrying out snagging inspections across plots

• Managing finishing trades and subcontractors
• Monitoring quality of workmanship
• Driving outstanding works through to completion
• Preparing plots for CML and customer handover
• Re-inspecting completed snagging works

• Re-inspecting completed snagging works

Requirements:
