Job summary

Right Contract Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Little Hale Fen project in Sleaford (NG34). Duration is 12 months plus and the role runs 8am to 5pm, ASAP start, day rate £350.

You will lead the day‑to‑day management, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Essential qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work, with strong health and safety, communication
