Job summary

EA Associates is recruiting an experienced Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to oversee a commercial project in Felixstowe. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and safety focus. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are preferred, with prior Tier 1 or commercial project exposure regarded. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate is required or essential.
• Proven experience as Site Manager on commercial projects.
• Strong operational and organisational abilities.
• Ability to oversee subcontractors and day-to-day site running.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• First Aid and CSCS card preferred.

EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to oversee a commerical project to its project end date.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is confident running a site operationally and managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

• SMSTS Certificate


• Previous experience as a Site Manager


• Strong operational and organisational skills


• Ability to oversee subcontractors and manage the day-to-day running of site


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Valid First Aid and CSCS Card (preferred)


• Previous experience working on commerical projects or Tier 1 contractors.
