Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Little Hale Fen project in Sleaford (NG34). The role leads on-site activities, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality standards for a 12+ month project.

The candidate should have extensive Senior Site Manager experience in construction or civil engineering, strong team and subcontractor management skills, and hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work qualifications. Immediate start available.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on our Little Hale Fen project in Sleaford (NG34).

Duration :12 Months +

This is a key site leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate should have:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and daily operations.
• A strong understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work qualification (essential).
• 8am – 5pm
