Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a national civil engineering and highways contractor for a Site Manager to deliver a highways and infrastructure package in the Peterborough area.

You will lead site teams, run toolbox talks, maintain engineering and quality assurance, and oversee RAMS and ITPs. You will manage two engineers and liaise with the client to ensure programme, safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black or Gold card required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
• Experience delivering highways schemes.
• 3-4 years experience as site agent or site manager.

Responsibilities
