Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to support delivery of a tunnelling and shafts package on a national civil engineering contract. You will lead site operations, manage two engineers, and ensure QA, ITPs and RAMS are implemented on site.

You will liaise with the client, run toolbox talks, and supervise engineering teams to maintain quality and programme. The role requires a CSCS card (Gold), SSSTS/SMSTS, and 3-4 years of site agent/manager experience in tunnelling environments.

Qualifications

• CSCS Gold required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
• Experience managing tunnelling and shafts.
• 3–4 years as a site agent or manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities for tunnelling and shafts package.
• Coordinate two engineers and supervise QA/ITP and RAMS on site.
• Maintain client liaison and conduct toolbox talks on site.
