Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next freelance opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee a commercial office fit-out project in Oxford.

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This is an immediate-start role with a contract duration of 7-8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring timely project delivery.

• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel efficiently.

• Maintain strict health & safety compliance.

• Monitor progress, quality, and resolve any site issues.

• Report to project stakeholders on updates and milestones.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing fit-out projects, preferably commercial offices.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).

• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to project challenges.
