The Client

Established in 1996, our client is an award-winning construction company renowned for its progressive approach combined with traditional values of service and professionalism. They specialize in various sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, residential, and retail.

With a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, our client has built long-standing relationships with NHS Healthcare Trusts and national FM contractors.

The Role

Due to a recent project win, our client has a requirement for a Site Manager to run a 6-month healthcare project in Frngourgh, reporting to a Project Manager. The project involves the complete refurbishment of a ward at a local hospital.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working on healthcare projects; however, the client is also open to candidates with experience in fit-out projects within a live environment.

Salary

Salary expectations for this role are between £230 and £250 per day.
