Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Drylining subcontractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable subcontractor delivering high-quality drylining packages on major projects.

The Role
  • Manage day-to-day site operations for drylining works.
  • Oversee health & safety compliance, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Deliver projects to programme, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress and performance.
The Candidate
  • Proven experience working for a Drylining subcontractor in a management capacity (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of drylining systems, sequencing, and technical detail.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential.
  • Black CSCS Managers Card - essential.
  • First Aid at Work (preferred).
