Job summary

Linear Recruitment seeks an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment and upgrade of living accommodation in Catterick. You will manage day-to-day delivery, ensure safety, quality and programme adherence, and coordinate multiple trades on site.

Key requirements include proven site management experience in refurbishment, strong health & safety knowledge, and the ability to work independently with RAMS and daily records. Immediate start is preferred.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment, fit-out or general building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction health & safety requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a refurbishment project involving the renovation and upgrade of existing living accommodation in Catterick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the works, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
