PSR Solutions - Site Agent / Manager

PSR Solutions is working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Site Agent / Manager to join their production team on a permanent basis. This role involves working across commercial groundworks projects around the East and West Midlands.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the successful delivery of projects
2. A strong focus on health & safety
3. Working to deadlines and budgets
4. Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood
5. Develop and maintain construction programmes with internal teams
6. Coordinate and manage site investigations during the ongoing construction process
7. Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed

Requirements

1. SMSTS certification
2. First Aid certification
3. Must have experience working and delivering on commercial groundworks projects
4. Minimum 2 years of site management experience
5. Good legal/contractual knowledge
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. Valid driving licence
