Job summary

Bimplus in Newport is seeking an experienced Site Manager to coordinate day-to-day retrofit projects across energy efficiency works. You will oversee external wall insulation, roofing and structural repairs, ensuring quality, health and safety, and customer liaison.

You must hold SMSTS and First Aid at Work, with a Full UK driving licence. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, and social housing experience would be advantageous. Knowledge of PAS 2030 is required.

• Previous Site Management experience on energy retrofit projects.
• Strong knowledge of EWI and PAS 2030.
• SMSTS qualification – essential.
• First Aid at Work – essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
