Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Project Manager to lead energy retrofit projects across field sites in the UK. You will ensure on-time delivery, within budget and to required quality and compliance standards, acting as the main client contact.

The role requires strong project leadership, knowledge of PAS 2030, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within the retrofit sector.
• Strong understanding of energy-efficient building technologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of PAS 2030 is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident managing clients and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage energy retrofit projects from start to completion, including external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, flat warm roofs and room-in-roof insulation.
• Oversee project budgets, timescales, quality and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including weekly progress meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including PAS 2030.
• Prepare project reports, risk assessments and health & safety documentation.

Location: Field Based
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

The successful candidate will take ownership of the delivery of energy retrofit projects, ensuring schemes are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and compliance standards.
