Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee decarbonisation projects (EWI) across occupied social housing in the Trowbridge area. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard while maintaining strong relationships with residents, subcontractors and the client.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience within social housing, planned works or retrofit.
• EWI or decarbonisation experience preferred.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
• Strong health & safety knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Build Recruitment is working with a leading social housing contractor looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee decarbonisation projects, primarily External Wall Insulation (EWI) works, across occupied social housing properties in the Trowbridge area.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, subcontractors and the client.
