Linsco is seeking a Site Manager for an active project in Newcastle. The role demands hands-on site leadership to supervise trades and ensure work progresses to schedule while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate multiple trades, monitor site inspections, and report progress to the Project Manager. Immediate start is available for a candidate with proven site-management experience and strong safety knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Valid CSCS Card (black or white) is essential.
  • First Aid certificate is essential.
  • SMSTS certification is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively.
  • Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the install.
  • Supervising subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard.
  • Coordinating trades and managing site activities.
  • Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.
  • Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress.
  • Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel.
  • Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met.
