Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of kitchen & bathroom refurbishments and SHDF projects on occupied sites. You will lead health and safety, programme delivery and coordinate trades to keep projects on track.

This long-running contract offers £285 per day CIS, with interviews next week and a start on 6th October. You will liaise with clients, residents and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS card (or above) is required.
• Proven experience in kitchen & bathroom refurbishments and SHDF schemes.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) is desirable.
• Basic DBS is desirable or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment works, along with SHDF projects.

The role:

• Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Gold CSCS card (or above)
• Proven experience in K&B refurbishments and SHDF schemes
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
• Full driving licenceAsbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) – desirable
• Basic DBS (or willing to obtain)
