Job summary

Navartis Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit-out project, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

You will drive the programme, manage budgets and variations, chair progress meetings and maintain clear communication with the client and wider project team to deliver the project on time and to specification.

Freelance Site Manager Required - Refurbishment and Fitout

Location:Manchester
Contract: Freelance
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Umbrella PAYE)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee and deliver a fit-out project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the works.
