Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Site Manager to lead planned works and residential projects in Greater Manchester. You will oversee kitchen and bathroom installations, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on-site.

The role demands strong organisational and leadership abilities, effective communication with clients and teams, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within planned works or social housing.
• Experience overseeing kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are desirable.

About the Role

Construction Resources are excited to be supporting a reputable housing and property services company in their search for an experienced Site Manager, based in Greater Manchester.

The successful candidate will oversee planned works projects, focusing on kitchen and bathroom installations within residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard, while coordinating operatives, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
