Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office fit-out in Salford. The project runs for approximately 7 weeks, starting 12th October, with a daily rate of £250 for an 8-hour day.

You will manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site. The role requires proven CAT B fit-out delivery, strong subcontractor management, Procore proficiency, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Site Manager - CAT B Fit Out (Temporary Role)

Rate: £250 a Day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office fit-out project in Salford. The scheme involves the delivery of a high-quality fit-out across two floors, with works scheduled to commence on 12th October and run for approximately 7 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site.
• Monitor quality and ensure works are delivered to specification.
• Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Manage site documentation and reporting through Procore.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering CAT B interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out sequencing and subcontractor management.
