Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee cladding remediation and façade works on major refurbishment and regeneration projects in London/South East.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate labour and subcontractors, ensure QA/QC and RAMS compliance, and liaise with the Project Manager and H&S teams. Essential: Façade/EWI/Cladding experience, SMSTS, CSCS; 4+ years of site management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' Site Management experience.
• Façade / EWI / Cladding Experience – Essential.
• SMSTS – essential.
• CSCS – essential.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• PASMA / scaffold awareness.
• Manual Handling and Fire Awareness.
• Strong understanding of RAMS, QA/QC and construction compliance.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
• ONC/HNC or equivalent construction experience desirable.
• DBS may be required depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Manage foremen and site teams, including short-term programmes.
• Coordinate labour, materials, deliveries and site logistics.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
• Monitor programme progress and provide regular site reports.
• Manage subcontractor performance and hold regular progress meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements are completed and recorded.
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, QS, Commercial and H&S teams.
• Support the management of client and stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with resolving site, quality and delivery issues.
• Ensure construction phase H&S requirements are maintained.
