Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for South London, focusing on external planned maintenance across tower blocks and scattered properties. The role is temporary to permanent, offering career progression opportunities within a leading nationwide contractor.

You will oversee subcontractors, lead the site team, ensure works are delivered to specification, and conduct rigorous safety and quality checks on a daily basis.

Qualificações

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required.
• UK driving license and own vehicle required for this position.

Site Manager - South London

Planned Maintenance - Social Housing

Up to £250 per day

Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their planned work division on a temporary contract.

Projects that are being delivered will be external planned maintenance schemes of work. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties across South London.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
• Lead the site team to the best of your ability
• Manage delivery of works to specification
• Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
• Pre & post inspections of works
• Health & safety & quality checks
• Complete regular snagging inspections

This is a temporary to permanent position which will offer great development opportunities for the successful candidate.

A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required. A valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle is also required for this position.
