Wates Group is seeking Site Managers to join our Residential London region, building new homes and creating lasting legacies for communities.

About the Role

Our Site Managers are vital to our business, driving quality outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental controls. They work collaboratively with Project Managers to ensure project completion to the highest standards.

As a Site Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate site records, daily diaries, and weekly progress reports.
  • Reviewing design drawings for buildability and coordination.
  • Managing the flow of subcontractors' design information as delegated by the Project Manager to align with the project schedule. Assisting in producing and monitoring the MIRS. Agreeing on subcontractors' long-term and short-term programs and monitoring performance against these.
  • Monitoring project progress against the contract program, discussing, and agreeing on recovery plans with the Project Manager.
